Went in and bought a phone as I was needing a new one due to my old one breaking. Bought and paid for one. Went to my phone carrier to switch over my data and went to login to the phone. Ended up needing the original owners account to allow me to login. I went back to either swap or return the phone. Sat for about 10 minutes looking at other phones and I end up deciding on one. Sat for another 5-10 min for them to end up saying they can’t confirm if the phone was paid off so they would just have to return my money.

Spoke with a Sydnie about an iPhone that was posted on Facebook Marketplace. She indicated the price was $320 went in to the store an hour later and the lady at the front counter said there was no phone at that price and it was some kind of “miscommunication”. I literally showed her the messages and ask how could that be a miscommunication and she said it just is. I can see why they were completely empty inside their business if they have to lie to people to get them to go into to the store.

Bianca is an amazing customer service representative she helped my brother out with purchasing a phone and made it really simple. We were in and out pretty fast I would say the process took about 5 min max. She had all the answers we needed right away and assisted us with everything we needed. She did well with answering calls as well when I wanted to see what she had in stock with my budget and she had it right away. If you need a new phone I recommend coming here and asking for Bianca

Spoke to a really nice women over the phone that answer all of my questions about their services. Then, at the store I was helped by a man who was also really helpful and nice, they got me in and out of their really quickly and I don’t have a single complaint about the entire experience.

I’ve had a great experience over here. I dropped my phone and my whole screen went black, I didn’t have an iCloud back up so I thought all my stuff was gone and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money to buy a new iphone. Luckily I found these guys here through Google and they fixed my phone in a timely manner and at a fair price. Thank you Max.

Great experience with CellNow! Max replaced the screen on my Samsung a while ago, and I recently came back to buy a MacBook for my wife. Both times the service was fast, friendly, and professional.
